Spiritual Development Groups 
I run a 12 weekly spiritual development group in a relaxed and comfortable environment, the group is kept small and intimate.
This is a great opportunity for individuals starting out to learn tools to facilitate their own unique spiritual journeys.
In essence the group is an exploration of self discovery using meditations, exercises, energy and healing techniques to increase the light we hold and raise our vibrational frequency.
The gathering includes a lovely guided meditation, a variety of exercises for development, oracle cards, sometimes, hand-outs are given on tpoics covered and we close with Mother Earth healing.
Fee is £8 for a 2 hour meeting. TBA
