Spiritual Development Workshop

This workshop is suitable for beginners who have an interest in spiritual and psychic development or those that have already begun their journey and would like the opportunity to develop their abilities and interest further, spending a relaxing day among like minded people in the area. This day will give the opportunity to try a variety of activities which may includethe following exercises:

Meditations & Visualisation
Grounding & Protection
Connection & Working with Spirit Guides
Psychic development exercises: Psychometry, Ribbon readings, Mediumship, Intuition, Oracle cards
Healing
Variety of Hand-outs

This workshop will give you a taster of these areas through meditation and various activities; encouraging you to explore further to help you on your spiritual journey.
